As a former resident of Cleveland, Ohio let me say that this is what happens to many cities as they age. And if you look really closely at these neighborhoods in this video, you can tell that there was once quite a bit of money around when these neighborhoods were new. The buildings are large and were well built; many probably a hundred years old by now. Many ornate features still exist on many of these buildings.

I live on the much eastern side, not much in the city or even suburbs; I work in the east side. The police advise people to run stop signs day or night. I watch your videos often. I’m surprised you actually came here! Sometimes it’s so neglected of a small city that people all over the midwest forget how bad Cleveland really is for how busy it is. The west side is a whole different world. Stay safe.

Good work, sir. Interesting project you've assigned yourself. I'm wondering how you started doing this. Because you are from Detroit, you'll recognize my hometown....Inkster. I grew up there in the 50's. I'm a baby-boomer, probably old enough to be at least your parent's age, if not your grandparent's age. My parents were from Detroit. We visited relatives there all the time. My grandfather's house was on Vaughn, near Schoolcraft and Evergreen. The house is gone, now, but when I was a kid, my cousins and I would visit frequently. I remember that even then, Detroit's streets and neighborhoods were in decline. And then....the riots happened. After that, Detroit's decline was quite rapid. It's sad to see what has happened in Detroit. I can't make comments about it's condition now. No need for me to say anything, it's all there for the seeing on your videos, not to mention the tv, internet, etc. I read the comments you get, too. People are rough in what they say, sometimes. Sorry for the length of my comment. I just want to tell you that I enjoy your videos. All of them, not just the ones of Detroit. They resonate within me.

@@414ruckmylifeMKE Brew knows what he's talking about. It's basic economics. I've posted this in another one of these videos but I'll copy and paste anyway. ________________________________________________________________________________ Keep voting for democrat and you will be paying through your teeth and not see economic changes. Instead you will see degradation, more poorer public education, bad infrastructure etc etc. Keep voting for the side that wants to give handouts and not provide incentive to work, the cycle will not only continue but the child birth rate will continue to increase and take an even greater toll on the tax payers. Whenever the government puts their hands on something it's value "goes up" but it's quality goes down. Keep things privatized for better competition, lower prices, and higher quality. It's basic economics. For the record, I am not suggesting you vote republican either, they are just as insane as the left. Vote for whoever wants a smaller government and more free market.

Ohio is republican and always will be. But they split tax dollars between good parts of the cities, and bad parts. West side cleveland isn’t bad, high revenue and good landscape; east side is neglected and partially abandoned. The tax dollars go to keep those who live in rich neighborhoods upkeep. It’s sad. Democrats pocket money for themselves and republicans only go head to head with those who have money... no safe place for lower class or even “middle class” people in the USA, funny how we fight over two parties when they don’t benefit all of us, just a select few.

Decades of globalist policies that led to the destruction of the manufacturing industry caused this. Trump is actually reversing the trend. Between 2017 and 2018 the manufacturing sector added 284,000 jobs; the largest annual growth in the manufacturing sector in more than two decades. A complete reversal from Obama's tenure as president which saw the industry lose over 300K jobs. This turnaround was a key promise of Trump's campaign that helped him flip from blue to red the rust-belt states needed to win the election. And he has delivered.

Are you going to drive through the area where the Paul Brothers grew up and go to the Ohio Fried Chicken Team 10 visited to make Jake's video? That'd be the biggest hood you've ever been to bro.

Дома слишком (очень) близко друг к другу стоят => нет личного свободного пространства. Надо делать: один дом => на семью и следовательно еще выделить не меньше 9 соток земли в пользование.

Smh if it was that easy there wouldn’t be any ghettos duh? Ask your people why some of our neighborhoods like this infiltrated it with crack . East Cleveland was founded by John d Rockerfeller.

East Cleveland barely gets garbage collected. City services are a joke. Police and fire are there but very outdated equipment and employees do their own repairs. Government in East Cleveland is corrupt and greedy

And they make it so obvious to passing law enforcement that they follow that trap life culture like man bro 😂😂
