घर के बारे मे बताते हुए कहते है पोर्च पूर्व दिशा मे होना चाहिये | लिविंग रूम का निर्माण उत्तर दिशा मे हो तो घर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा से भर जाता है | वास्तुशास्त्र के अनुसार पूजा रूम ईशान्य दिशा मे, किचन अग्नेय दिशा मे, मास्टर बेडरूम नैऋत्य दिशा मे होना चाहिये ये यहा पे बताया है | और क्यो होना चाहिये इस के बारे मे भी चर्चा कि है |
स्टेअरकेस और स्टोअर रूम दक्षिण दिशा मे योग्य होता है | टॉयलेट्स के लिये पश्चिम दिशा बताई गइ है | चि. बेडरूम का निर्माण वायव्य दिशा मे है | चंचलता ये इस दिशा का मुख्य गुणधर्म है | इस प्रकार ओपन प्लॉट मे घर का निर्माण वास्तुशास्त्र के अनुसार करते है | और वास्तुशास्त्र के अनुसार बनाये हुए घर मे हमेशा हि भाग्य कल्प कि संभावना होती है |
