East Tennessee Looks Like Hawaii Right Now

We've been getting so many thunderstorms lately that our landscape looks a lot like Hawaii. Lush green vegetation is everywhere!!

My aunt and uncle went to Hawaii. Later they made a visit to Fall Creek Falls. They said comparing the pictures the TN pics were actually similar to the Hawaii pics. And just as beautiful.

I didnt know about the lights on Friday. Didn't know about shooting a pic in the direction until Monday. By that time it was too cloudy. Oh well

I tried to see the northern lights on Friday night around 10:30-11pm, but not thinking, I did not try taking any "night-mode" photos and ended up not see anything. Maybe a slight hint of pink or purple to the sky, but not enough to really make anything out. Tried again Saturday night (this time taking night mode photos), and nothing! Oh well, I too missed out. The green around here right now is incredible. Shades and shades of green everywhere you look.

Alright so you and me both were in the same boat. I was pretty frustrated. I went out Saturday and Sunday and saw nothing. The green around here is off the charts.
