Great condo tour. I love the video editing. I do a lot of walking downtown and had been there in East village as well, Its fascinating how this village grows since then. Buildings are sprouting everywhere in this village. I live in Crescent Heights close to McHugh Bluff and i can see the East village everyday for I just walk downtown from home. This is one of the beautiful community in the inner city. Thanks for sharing the beautiful Calgary. So proud.

Hey Stephen! Yes, there are always properties available. Check out rentfaster.ca for listings! You can also look at Verve which is also a great building - however Verve allows short term rentals (Airbnb) so there will be a bit more traffic and the crowd will be a bit different than a fully owner occupied building 😉

May I buy a house before I become a permanent resident?

Absolutely 100%! If you are a non-resident (not living in Canada) you would need 35%-40% down payment. If you are a foreign temporary resident on a work visa in Canada, you will need 5-10% down. There are a few other requirements to that but the best thing to do is contact me directly at [e-mail].
