An amazing Episode!!..Eastenders was riding high in the mid 80s..the writing was incredible..it was raw..almost fly-on -the-wall stuff...and Anita and Leslie gave a powerhouse performance in this first ever 'two-hander' in soap history...sadly my own parents had a very volatile marriage too, and what I saw on screen..was going on for real in my own living room almost every evening..the children are the only true victims of warring parents..its not a healthy environment to grow up in!

yep, eastenders in the mid to late 80's was awesome stuff, well written but then the quality of British TV was still very good....
