Didn't Barry gave Cindy the number of hitman to have Ian shot and plus Barry was much different during his early appearances. He was a bit of a player wide boy dodgy geezer and streetwise womanizer and successful business man. When does Barry became a loveable buffoon bumbling clown and what year exactly he gradually changed.

I heard they changed him a few times or something and some because Paul Bradley who plays Nigel left and for Barry to fill the comedy gap for Nigel and a being replacement is that another the main reason too.
