To be honest, I'm glad Willmott-Brown got his comeuppance, but I'm gonna miss him when he leaves to be fair as he is the best villain EastEnders has had in probably months/years.

This is a great scene, but I noticed straight away that when he walks into the office, the painting covering the safe is still on the wall, then when he notices the mess, the safe is wide open.

Actually no. I'll talk as if you were facing someone sitting behind the desk. The safe is to the left of the desk, we only see the right side of the room as he goes to get a drink. When he sits down it cuts to a shot that would be under the safe where he notices the stuff on the floor, as he moves we see the wall directly behind the desk. Finally, when he looks up we're shown the open safe on the left side

This scene is reminiscent of the demise of Warden Samuel Norton in Shawshank Redemption. His judgement cometh and that right soon... Make it easy on yourself Wilmott.
