Phil was always under Kathy’s thumb! Everything he did was to make Kathy happy. Even shoving her own sons head in a toilet to stop him being rude! Ian should have told Kathy and Cindy the truth of what Phil did to him. I find it unrealistic that he didn’t.

So Ian goes to the toilet and Phil immediately follows, Ian then returns looking visibly shaken and apologising for his earlier behaviour, it should've been pretty obvious to Kathy and Cindy that Phil had done something to Ian in the toilets 😂
