I'm not sure... Phil was selling dodgy motors, doing robberies and insurance scams, and get involved with really heavy people throughout the 90s doing all sorts of dodgy. If anything he calm down with all that after Grant left... He kind of went family mode and tried to give up his dodgy business numerous times. Kept getting dragged back into it. Phil wasn't as hot headed in the 90s like Grant, he was the smart one, but he was definitely doing more dodgy stuff, didn't he put Kathy and Grant's daughter in danger? and put a lot of people in danger numerous times..?
