@@Shadowespeon17 either way Phil can't bring himself to kill someone who tells him to kill them and he can't bring himself to kill someone who tells him not to. so you just can't not win with him lol like all it took for him to panic over the thought of shooting the guy who raped his son was for him to say please don't once and Phil started panicking over the thought of shooting him. seems no matter what you do Phil will never be able to kill you.

Nah he just knew that he wasn't worth it, especially when he was trying to goad him into it. Max had nothing to lose here. Bottled it or not, there was no logical reason for Phil to shoot him there.

Sacranie Phil didn't kill Max because Max wanted too die, so obviously Phil didn't want him to have what he want because that would technically mean Max won because Phil would be in prison and Max would just get what he wants. I hoped this Helped you :D
