Can you brush on all brands of dipping glazes or just Mayco?

It can all be brushed. It just doesn't give the same results unless done just right. You will have to do some testing if you are looking to get the look of dipping if you are brushing. Most of the pint versions of the 5 gallon dipping glazes specify 3 coats but that often leaves brushstrokes, which can be beautiful but not when you are looking for the even look of dipping. I have been doing pottery for over 20 years and I am fortunate enough to teach it to high school kids, and I can easily say that it is a constant learning curve for all of us which makes it super fun at al times. Even through the failures:)
