Two very short clips of Bert Westwood’s partner Iris driving a Berkeley and a Dellow. In truth it will take longer to read this introduction than actually watching them.
The first is July 1958, just before Bert left Clacton to take part in the Liege-Brescia-Liege Rally for cars of under 500 c.c.
The second is what looks like a Driving Test with a Le Mans start! It is possible that the transmission mast in the background is the one at Alexandra Palace, or maybe it is the Marconi Mast near Chelmsford.
