During my first visit to N.S in 2005, I purchased a house. It's a very special place and you won't find finer people anywhere. Desperately waiting for the border to reopen. Thank you for the video.

The border opened up June 30 to the other provinces. We have a trip booked at the end of September to Experience the Cabot Trail…coming from Ontario

If you are coming from the USA, and are fully vaccinated, you can come to NS starting August 9. Open to travellers from other countries September 7, unless the situation goes downhill.

So here I am, lounging on the deck of Room 2 of the Marmalade Motel, drinking a can of Sober Island IPA, after a long walk along the Taylor Head beach and a great dinner at the Henley House. Thanks Davey and Sky for the inspiration.

Hello great video. I live in Halifax but grew up in Mushaboom. This is where you were actually when you visited the Sheet Rock light house. I used to row my boat there all the time. You said you liked the lighthouse, but the government actually tore down the original lighthouse that looked like one in Peggys Cove due to high cost of the up keep and put that tower on the rock. Now that I saw this video I'm having to go back for a visit. Did you try to swim at Taylor's Head Beach? It's a beautiful spot but the water is always freezing. There is another beach that most people miss going to Taylor's head beach on the same dirt road. it's called Bull Beach It's smaller but it's very private. Anyway. I enjoyed the video. Take care and enjoy the rest of the province.
