In today's episode we'll be ideating on when to start your city and by that I mean what point in time your city will be set in. Additionally, I'll be sharing a few resources that inspire me as well as talking a bit about scaling your Minecraft city and what tools can help you take it to the next level.
How to Build a Minecraft City is my new series where I'll be showing you a few of my personal techniques and considerations which all went into building the City of Newisle map, which is one of the oldest Minecraft maps still being worked on to this day. Together, we'll be going through the ropes from the very beginning, from choosing where to place your first block, giving you city building ideas and eventually demonstrating building techniques step by step as we get further along. Let's craft the perfect Minecraft Bedrock or Java Edition city - together!
