Beloved school secretary starts crying when we walk into the office with gift from a Secret Santa

20yrs ago a young couple had tyres fitted at my garage just before Christmas. When they came to pay they asked if they could have a payment plan as they had both just lost their jobs , the lady was so worried she was shaking and trying not to cry. I spoke to my partner and we gave them the tyres for free and wished them Happy Christmas. It had such an effect on them , and us , that every year since we would chose a deserving customer at Christmas and give them a bill for £00.00. So this video from EIN and Nate went down well with me. Happy Christmas and New Year everyone.

Bald tires are a safety hazard for all around them!! There should be a payment plan for them and then people could afford to be safer!! Glad y'all gift someone, but maybe there's lots of people who can't afford tires without a payment plan!!!! Blessings 🙏

Love Secret Santa episodes. You are good business (people) for making the decision to help a deserving customer each year. I recall when it was not so hard to buy a set of tires but now a set is generally over $1K, depending on your vehicle. Bless you and your business partner.

In my country it is illegal to drive on worn tires, it costs 140 dollars per tire in fine, so yes very dangerous.

Just looking at her colleagues and the way the office is organized gives off "good vibes" and a positive energy. I don't know her, but I feel very sorry for her loss and am happy for these small gifts that will make her life a bit easier over the coming days. Thanks, Secret Santa. Even though this might just be a yearly tax write-off for you, you could also have spent that money on yourself and were in no way obligated to do what you are doing.

Doubtful it's a tax write off as Secret Santa would need a TON of Receipts from all over Idaho. Maybe you don't understand how that works. Most don't. The majority haven't a Clue about taxes -- my sister-in-law and my daughter-in-law are both CPAs. Blessings 🙏

@@debraallen63 Indeed, I'm not from the US and here in my West European country this is pretty easy. But I guess the Secret Santa donates 1 Mio to a cause, writes that off, and "the cause" decides in the end how to divide/spend the money ... pretty much like every NGO does. So it's not that complicated and I don't think Santa would need a receipt for each gift card. Same goes for the sponsored cars (because always the same brand over one year period and always (or mostly) the same model) ... DEFINITELY is a collaboration with a dealership. But in the end it's only semantics and doesn't matter at all. Most important is that deserving people get a bit of joy and help and that's exactly what Santa, Nate and everyone else involved do. @Vurt.451 Secret Santa would have to be registered as a NGO to get that tax break here in the USA or he'd need lots of receipts. As for "a cause" it would have to be a specific one (or more) and they usually give tax receipt 🧾 Example: When we go to donate at our local Goodwill store they always ask if we want the tax receipt. I was asked if I wanted the tax receipt when I donated to the local library too. In America Receipts are necessary for Proof as the government doesn't just take Your Word for anything!! You must have Proof. On a side note, we never take the receipt because we never claim any of our donations. Many don't claim their donations wanting to keep them "secret" and/or just doing God's work in Private ad we're told to do in God's Word. Blessings 🙏
