I watched a video on Asian Boss yesterday detailing how a grandma lives on $2 a day. They fixed up her home and donated to her $40,000USD that had been donated for her after her last time on Asian Boss. Her first words when told about the money were to the effect of "I can help so many with this money!" She had so little and yet her first thoughts and words were for others.

My dad was legally blind. You'd be amazed what they can do. He was secretary for the Mt. Pleasant Sportsman's Club for 25 years. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII. He worked as a production planner - walking from the house to the train station, and then the train station to the facility, and then did it in reverse after the day was done. Rain, sleet, snow, every workday for 42 years before he retired. I'm so happy for this woman - hope she can sleep comfortably now!
