The phone data is solid. It puts Alex and Chad at the same time in Chads backyard on the day Tylee was dismembered and buried. The data in JJs case is not so clear cut. That night Chad was at his house, him and Lori were communicating at 3am, around 9am Alex drove to Chad‘s house and stayed for just 12 minutes, not enough time to bury a body. Chad must have buried JJ himself or prepared a grave in advance. Even if Chad didn’t personally kill JJ he knew what was happening because all 3 texted and called during that night/morning. Prior could probably argue that Chad buried JJ‘s body and was part of conspiracy but not murder itself, i don’t buy it but it is a defense.

Finally Rob Wood! I whole heartedly believe this man and Ms Lindsay Blake have put their whole life into this case! I’ve been waiting for Rob to get in on examinations! Mr Wixom is doing good.. but where’s the passion? Where is the drive? I’ve got to admit Mr Prior is doing an alright job unfortunately! I’ve been waiting for the prosecution to really want this.. Hopefully we hear more from Mr Wood and Ms Blake! Money, Sex and Power.. Please bring the passion back!

This is the first time in this case I have not seen them show the witnesses face. What other times are you talking about? Only if the witness is a minor or a victim of domestic violence or, in this case, an FBI agent whose identity cannot be shown.

It means they have no argument to admission of the exhibit. They’ve agreed the records are true and accurate. Not wasting time trying to keep them out or laying foundation.

He did send 8k to each of his kids while the FBI was searching his back yard. Also he spent money on the Hawaiian vacation/wedding and he was possibly paying for Lori's first lawyers before she was deemed indigent.
