It's not mystifying as to why somone would do a search on silencers and other gun parts AFTER the failed shooting. It wasn't successful, so a search was done to correct the problem so that the NEXT time, it would be. Prior tries to confuse the detective by knit-picking on very minor time discrepancies.

it’s not up to them on whether they are offered one. moreover, they had the evidence trail, witnesses, bodies, all cell phone/email forensics, experts, etc. so, a plea for what? pleas need to stop being handed to people. this isn’t the 1980’s where it was almost impossible to solve a case without the help of the convicted. especially when the bodies are found in their backyard. like, a plea for what? details? in 2024 we can fill in enough of the blanks with forensics.

I seriously doubt Tammy, who was not familiar with assault rifles, any other guns or paint ball guns knew the difference. It was also dark outside. It’s sad she called out for the man that would end up killing her and a son that would throw her under the bus and lie for his worthless, evil father. Emma seems to be the one running the family now and Garth, if he ever breaks away from her and the rest of the cult, will live with guilt for the rest of his life. Apparently, Garth was very close to his mom. It will be difficult for him have a normal, healthy marriage & family growing up with a father like Chad Daybell. I suspect Tammy knew Chad was having an affair. I believe he has cheated before with other women. Tammy was the one working hard and running the publishing business. No. Tammy mistook Alex’s AR for a paintball gun. Remember, it was dark and pointed right at her. Testimony yesterday explained why it misfired. Alex had not properly assembled it, or it was just defective. Most likely it was Alex not assembling it correctly.

He’s just another idiot conman trying anything and everything to turn his failures around. He predicted that If Utah was going to be hit with a devastating earthquake in 2016 and people were going to flee Utah and seek refuge in Idaho. That was the whole reason he uprooted his family and wife from Utah to Idaho. I bet Tammy was pissed at fruitless prophecies. I know this so unfair. These co conspirators planned it this way. They went through great efforts to isolate the children from anyone who knew them, then destroyed the kids bodies in order to destroy evidence of their crimes. We can’t get caught up in the lack of sperm or blood dna evidence. Lori was very evasive when it came to the kids she deliberately did not give anyone their location. When asked about the kid’s wellbeing all would say is “they were safe and happy” yet wouldn’t prove it by physically producing her kids. She lied all the time about the location of the kids. She said Tylee was attending BYU, which was later determined to be a lie. She said JJ was staying with her friend Melanie Gibb, and didn’t pick up the phone because Gibb took JJ to see Frozen 2, that was also a lie. Common sense tells a reasonable person that Lori lied because she couldn’t physically produce her kids to prove they were ok because they were dead the whole time. She moved them all over the place isolating her children from trusted family members who could have intervened. A few investigators have testified that Chad was not charged with the murder of Charles Vallow because they didn’t have enough evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Which means that LE detectives know Chad is responsible for 4 murders. That is sooo unfair, the only thing Charles and Tammy did was marry the wrong person and paid the ultimate price. However, I think that the tech evidence involving Chad’s google searches and corresponding coded text messages can prove that Chad absolutely planned to get rid of Tammy. Her autopsy and his prophecy about her death are the nails in his coffin. Remember none of his other prophecies came true. Utah didn’t get hit with a devastating earthquake in 2016 and the apocalypse didn’t happen on July 22,2020. But his wife’s death!? Thats the prophecy that he can control. Common sense tells a reasonable person that a healthy 49 year old woman with no medically diagnosed life threatening condition, does not die for no reason! His coded messages give us an insight into his intentions and his intentions were to get Tammy out of the way so that he could live in a condo in Hawaii with Lori. Then Tammy dies while being alone with Chad. With pink foam coming out of her mouth and bruises on her arms. Common sense says that a healthy woman who ends up dead with all those factors surrounding her most certainly was killed on purpose by the man she was alone with. I suspect that he caught her off guard and smothered her with a pillow. I suspect The bruises were caused by her flailing hers arms in trying to break free. Any person with common sense and paying attention to every detail and circumstantial piece of evidence would be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.
