This case has so many holes and inconsistencies that it is crazy. I would guess most people commenting are not from Idaho, and would not be on a jury for the trial. Richard, your years battling for your daughter has given you a level of compassion that many people will never have. I know logically that legal systems don’t provide justice, and often not much punishment. Cancer has been present in my life, and I have sometimes wondered if the terrible grief and pain brought by cancer could be given as punishment in cases like this, would it be right. In cases where children are killed, deliberately, I would agree with putting those murderers through four or five rounds of chemotherapy. Prison is too good, it’s not enough a punishment. Child murderers get off pretty lucky.

It is so sad and poignant to hear this brave, lovely woman, who faced a demon eye-to-eye, saying how she hopes the children are still alive and safe. Not just bc there's usually what looks like a very long, adorable trail of ducklings behind her, but the WAY they interact with their children & the WAY their children interact with their children. It's as though they LITERALLY check in with Jesus before every syllable leaves their tongue & every movement is commenced. That's something to emulate. As deeply as this has affected all of us, I can hardly Imagine how this is tearing up the LDS mom's who were her friend, her sisters in Christ & who loved her children almost as if (or AS) their own and, of course, the blood relatives of these precious children. I'm Christian and though I do not ascribe to the LDS doctrine, I KNOW & am GRATEFUL that they lean entirely on Jesus our Messiah.

Just to let you know...Tammy Daybell's body was exhumed December 11th from the Springville Evergreen Cemetery in Utah and they are still awaiting the autopsy reports. Alice Mazzucco she also got rid of JJs service dog. They went on a trip to Yellowstone and Tylee was photographed at the entrance but hasn’t been seen since. After that she came home and fired JJs nanny, took him out of school permanently saying she was going to homeschool him, and then he was never seen again. THEN Lori and Alex (her brother) put all of Tylee and JJs belongings into a storage unit in rexburg and she’s since abandoned that storage unit and recently all the items were turned over to police.
