Every time I watch one of these segments, I wish I had a million dollars to do the same thing! At Christmas my husband and I do leave Christmas cards on people's cars with 5 or $10 in them, small random act of kindness. Attach a small Christmas ornament to the card.

I buy 10 x $10 gift cards (all I can afford unfortunately) from coffee shops and put them on veterans’ cars as they have a special license plates where I live so easy to identify.

She said it because her husband is a Lt. Colonel in the military reserve so he makes good money, he’ll make even more once he gets back to building houses, she has a good job with medical benefits and they’re all healthy and recovering.

That lady will donate those cards. I can see it in her - she's a giver and not a taker. Even with all the trauma the family has endured, she still doesn't feel most deserving of these gifts and that says a lot about her and how kind and caring she is.

I agree with her daughter. Secret Santa is wonderful to watch. I caught on to it here on KZbin a couple of years ago, and now it's something I look forward to every year. I love that some of these are people who need some support, and some are people who deserve recognition for what they do for others, and then some are just straight-up spreading some Christmas cheer to people who've had a rough year. That's not to say it's not deserved or that anyone is more deserving than others, I just really appreciate it and (along with giving people exactly what they need the most) it's one of the things about this series that feels the most Santa-like.

Each injury could have been worse and both mother, father and the son with sepsis could have Died - but God kept them Alive and you're blaming Him for the tribulations????
