There are *so many* other trials currently happening, or are gearing up to start pretty soon, that you can look forward to immersing yourself in!! _Honestly, I’m having a hell of a time keeping up w all the cases and trials I’m watching or planning on watching! Lol!_ Alec Baldwin’s trial starts in July, I think July 9th, but I could be wrong on that exact date and mixing it up a little. Regardless, it’s scheduled for not too long from now and another trial you can immerse yourself in!! *Richard Allen’s murder trial in the Delphi case will be starting May 13th!* Allen’s defense filed a motion for his right to a speedy trial and that consequentially _moved the trial from October, where it had been currently scheduled for, all the way up to May!_ So, in a matter of a mere 3 weeks, not even a whole month, that trial will start! I know there’s still arguments regarding if the trial will be televised and live streamed or not. The most recent ruling denying it being televised. Which is a *massive mistake, horrible decision & great disservice if allowed to stand that way and it not be televised or live streamed so the public can view the trial in its entirety and participate in the US Justice System, as is our right!* I do expect that to be fiercely battled over some more, including by the media! *Esp since Allen and his defense team have changed their stance and they now **_WANT_** the trial to be televised!!* *I am really hoping the right decision is made and the right thing is done by allowing that trial to be televised and live-streamed!!* There is *so much attention* on that case and trial, not only _national_ attention and interest, but _INTERNATIONAL_ attention and interest! *The Delphi case has had national and international intense attention and interest **_since the very beginning!_** Now that a suspect has been named, arrested, charged & a trial conducted to prosecute the suspect, Richard Allen, **_MILLIONS_** want to be able to watch the trial from start to finish, participating in the US Justice System, as we’re allowed to, nearly 7 years after this horrific crime occurred in 2017!* Loads of other very interesting and captivating trials are gearing up and will be about to start soon!! I don’t think we have to worry about having a void to fill!! We should also be keeping a close eye on the Dylan Rounds case and trial since there’s been _massive movements and updates_ on it just recently, when they were *finally able to find Dylan after going missing nearly two years ago!* They were _only able to finally find Dylan_ bc *James Brenner lead them to Dylan’s remains, clearly confessing to murdering the poor young man and providing all the details and confession as to what happened!* Obviously some sort of deal was offered to Brenner to facilitate the location of Dylan. As a result, we can expect to see movement of this case through the court and Justice System a lot faster than previously expected and how it’s been up until now! If a plea deal has been arranged, we *won’t get to see a full trial, but will still get to see justice play out through the court!!* So, that’s yet another case we should be keeping a close eye on and should expect to start playing out in court not too long and far from now!!

Crazy part is I recently saw a picture of Tylee all dolled up and she’s actually more beautiful than Lory ever was because she is kind hearted, she has empath. She is loving and she didn’t have to marry anybody out of High School 🏫 to get benefits. I think Lori was growing jealous of her own loving daughter. Even Tylee would’ve taken in JJ and his service dog. 🐕‍🦺 . EVERYTHING Lori is not
@Stelpots
@Stelpots 4 ай бұрын
@@susien7323Totally agree. Tylee was the only one looking after JJ in that last year, especially after Charles was gone. That's why Tylee was first before JJ because she'd never let them hurt JJ. And Tylee was young and about to live her life and Lori hated that she was ageing (imo). I mean, she still tries to put on that silly girly voice and it's irritating considering she was mid 40s when this happened and is on her 50s now. Poor Tylee breaks my heart. All the victims do but she was so loyal and look how she was repaid and what they did to her remains. Just awful.

@@cail171 Prior, in his cross with Melanie Gibb, was trying to go down a path about her conversations with Rob Wood and the press. He had a text message she sent to Wood about Keith Morrison (from Dateline), that she was comfortable talking to him because he had been respectful of the church. In that line of questioning he said she had also done an interview with Nate. It didn’t really go anywhere. It seemed Prior was hoping to make Melanie look bad, but in my eyes it didn’t leave much of a dent.

Lori went straight from Hawaii to jail, never to live out and about in society again. And then Lori, when asked if MG would ever see her again, said yes, you’ll see me again. And sure enough, at her trial, MG got a good view of her from the witness stand as she testified against her. Amazing visionaries!

She didn't appreciate how rude Prior was. This time she is more calm. I knew Prior was going to go after her hard so I prayed for her. I would be a nervous wreck up there. You found them in Hawaii and chased them down asking questions, interviewed Melanie G. and you asked great question and really listen. All of this would not be as easy to understand without you. If you get a chance can you tell all the Officers and the people called to testify that we appreciate all their hard work on this even when it had been heart breaking. Anyone dogging Melanie just remember at least she showed up. Mela-Niece flaked out on Lori's trial, purposely reading news. Knew better. She will likely do the same thing this time. It's good Melanie Gibb is youngish. What if she had died? Alex and Tammy apparently died from truck driving and using tiger balm. She's standing up to Prior. She still has Lori's trial in Arizona. Plus she did record the conversation. Yes she's a 1st class dingbat and should have called the cops BEFORE Charles died. I'm really angry at her for all that. But she's here.

I Prior decided not to hire as part of his case after talking to Ratcliffe Maybe Ratcliffe got upset and sometime on Good Friday he decided see if could Prior replaced with himself (due to Prior not in experienced in death penalty cases). All those mistakes are probably usually corrected by his staff but I bet no one was available on a holiday weekend so he has to file as is if he is going to beat the start of the trial. I think the judge should have handled it differently. He should have told his staff that they are not at work and it will be dealt with the next workday, which wcas Monday. On the Monday he should have looked at who had filed it and then after finding out it was noone currently on the case he should have sealed it and said it will be dealt with at the end of the case, similar to how the judge in Connecticut dealt with the possible evidence reveal to the public of Michelle Treconis.

The whole Ratliff thing is very Sus to me. After he said Prior reached out for help, & the judge told him that he put he was a defense attorney in 3 or 4 different places on the form, he then repeatedly said OUR motion, not MY motion. Then, after the judge spanked him & told him what his sanctions will be, he STILL kept trying to get his motion heard! I totally believe Prior is part of this nonsense, but unless Ratliff admits it, it probably can't be proven. What Ratliff doesn't understand is the Prosecutor, or even just the Bar itself, could file a Bar complaint. He could face further sanctions or even disbarrment. I firmly believe this was a stall tactic for the behalf of Prior to slow things down & give him more time to figure out how to move forward & prep for witnesses. Prior is over his head & knows it. In the end, when Chad us convicted, it'll be overturned for ineffective assistance of counsel! Do over....🤬

@@robinsilver8934 That was before Lori’s trial and iirc she told him to give it to Rob Wood who is not her attorney and would have nothing to do with her getting subpoenaed. I have to admit, I’m with Prior on this and think that Melanie Gibb has had an inappropriate relationship with Rob Wood. The prosecuting attorney has every right to prep his witnesses. What he _doesn’t_ have a right to do is get all buddy buddy with them and tell them what they need to say when they are cross examined. And it seems that’s exactly what he was doing. I hate even saying this because I’ve always liked Rob Wood…Very much, but he overstepped in this instance.

Pryor face is a perfect picture during Ratcliff’s ‘explanation’. With friends like this Pryor needs no enemies. What a bunch of shady characters Daybell has on his side. Tragilarious.

i've been watching and wonder if the defense attorney thinks his relentless antagonism toward witnesses is helping his client. i find it extremely off-putting

I think if he keeps up the pissy, condescending tone, the jury is going to start to dislike him…if they haven’t all ready started.
