Morning Andrew! I can see why firewood businesses invest in one of these cleaners. I was shocked at how much debris and dirt was caught by the grizzly on the STK24 wood conveyor you loaned me. At first, I didn't think it would do much, but it was an eye opener when I saw the big pile of debris and dirt under it after the first day we used it. That debris would normally end up in the bottom of our trailers. Thanks for the tour and demo - great camera angles today and editing. Good luck on the hunt!

Reminds me of a de-barking drum at the pulp mill I used to work at. Many hours of welding in there! Full sized trees went through that one.

Thanks for the look at the tumbler. It'd be interesting to see a disk cleaner too. It makes a lot of sense for a large producer to run the wood through a cleaner of some sort. Really raises the impression of your product when there's little or no waste at the customer. Good luck on the hunt.

Just watched a video of the bells super splitter busting up the oversized because we run into a lot that we break up before running into the machines, Anyway I'm pretty sure I saw a 6 year younger version of you holding the remote activated switch that is also pretty cool... ps I think the disc cleaners are the way to go, tumbling needs a longer run and often get side offloads. Disc can be effective in a short run straight through... thanks for the videos and quality products

I'm impressed with the set-up really good idea where I used to do it by hand but I can just imagine the scrap that falls on the day you could regrind that and took good potting soil. Soil compost and then sell that to that could be bagged or just put in process pile and sold by the yard just one that stuff brakes. It's good compost awesome awesome good deal

I think I would like to see the full gamut, an Eastonmade splitter dropping into the conveyor , and that going through the tumbler or screener then dropping into the trailer! Great video my friend!

That tumbles pretty well, yea the round tube didn't seem to grab anything too aggressively and obviously did a fantastic job. No shortage of debris went into the hopper and nothing that wouldn't burn went into the load... quality control is up to date over there...

I have a rock bucket. I don't have much of an issue getting dirt. The problem is all of the bark that falls off of the wood when it dries and the fines that fall off the splitter and go up the conveyor get scooped up. I stack my wood on the trailer...for now. I sweep the trash off as I stack. One of my customers made the comment about he did not have to anything to clean up after I dumped a load. With other people he had to get his tractor out to clean up.
