The drone shot really shows the beast in action. Thanks for the mention. We don't have much support on the island, so it's nice to have this connection with you, Andrew. Kenny

Put the IBC totes on rails that are perpendicular to the conveyor. When a tote is full push it out of the drop zone with an empty tote without stopping the firewood conveyor. Remove the full tote and place another empty tote inline waiting. Or push the full tote out of the way with an empty tote and forklift.

Or I see others put 4 totes to make a big square together and the wood heaps up in the centre. Level them off and full cord is complete.

Andrew, you have a top notch machine. It’s looks so easy but we all know a lot of work & planning went into this wood processor. One thing I notice from hundreds of miles away & watching it on you tube is the cradle or support stand that holds your pieces of wood while you cut them off. I think that makes your processor stand out. I also like the round saw, I think it’s much quicker than the chainsaw blade. Again, great video. TY for sharing. Dave D. from Maine.🇺🇸👍

Man these are amazing times for a cord, Im happy with 2 cord a day at my pace lol, you have sone skilled engineers and fabrication crew for sure. Love the wedge shooting out the wood. Reminds me of my little sisters old playdoh factory😂😂

Great video Andrew.. I think this was the purpose of this challenge was to show firewood production in real time.. Heath and Rachel did an outstanding performance on running some of the nastiest wood they could find.. We are not done yet.. still have a couple more trys at this challenge..

That is one speedy time for the 40C. With a little fine tuning of workflow, a faster time could be posted.

Good video, sweet machine 👍 Some of the suggestions I had, others already posted so I won't be redundant. Realistically 15-16 minutes is more than possible

Sure enjoyed your fun time sharing with us Andy. That's an awesome set up you have there for processing firewood, that's quite a time saver if you have all the necessary equipment to handle the logs in and out. Stay safe and keep up the great videos. Fred.

That's an awesome set up. It's too bad you don't have a bar saw processor for those that used the splitters from Eastonmade to grow our business and have to switch to someone else for our first processor. Hopefully in a few years be able to get an Eastonmade again. The splitters were absolutely the best

4 full cord an hour on the bells 8000 if I am in good wood. If I am in big wood 24 inchs or bigger I can get 6 or more but it's all boiler wood. Would need a split again to go into a normal stove

I’d be curious, just for the heck of it how fast it could produce if the logs were closer to the max size, being that each push would yield more wood. I know it isn’t real life, but it would give you a top end number. Thinking a 12-way would produce a lot of pieces of nice sized wood. ( I know, volume is not dependent upon size - 12 or 16 slice large pizza is still a large pizza. Joke: guy goes into a pizzeria, orders a pizza, cook asks, you want it cut into 6 or 8:pieces? Guy says, you better make it 6, don’t think I can eat 8.
