Ivan Matyushenko is a left arm legend! Win or lose he is an incredible athlete. It's always amazing seeing him go toe to toe with monsters and showing his horsepower and his technical precision. Being the number 4 strongest armwrestler on the planet while 15kgs below average SHW is one of the greatest feats in this sport.

This is the bare minimum. And what you mentioned about Ivan stopping Denis, even akimbo stops him in that position, its simply the way Denis arm wrestles.😂 And even if he hoped on gear theres no guarantee he would have any significant strength changes, because thats what happened to John brezenk. He took trt due to his declining age and barely noticed any difference in strength, only that he wasn't easily tired like before. So in the end we can conclude you gotta have the genetics to respond to gear.

interesting, so Ivan's elbow is in much better condition than it was when he faced Morozov, also he said his wrist feels very strong too and he feels very good and healthy this time, so basically alizhan is dealing with the superior version of Ivan than the rest from his past. Ivan the Benevolent, one of my favourite armwrestlers alongside the like of Davit the Almighty, Todzilla the Windmill, John the Hippopotamus the Great, Vitaly the Cool, Devon the Antihero, Genadi the Dwarven Warrior in Your Typical Medieval Fantasy Settings, Ermes the Innocent, and and ..., actually I favoritized about half of them all tbh, almost all the established pullers are up there in my favourite list, Levan the Mutant, Michael the Undertable o(r Michael the Faithful lately), Daniel the Aware(he who that sense everything within 100 meters of his surrounding. Always aware of his surrounding, able to sense and look around at anything and everything, even a faint cough from a random member of the audiance he'll turn at it and see it literally within a second, even while competing at the table!! That very quick headed-ness indicates speedy brain processing. No wonder he's a practicing surgeon) all of them. I cant even rank them based on my favouritism, I equally enjoy all armwrestlers except Davit Samushia obviously as a Samushist myself. He's the god. For the rest, some for the showcase of skills, dominance, some for the excitement, some for interesting character, some for the badassery, and some pure joy such as Ermes. Matyushenko is among my top 10 favourite, one of the most peaceful human being on the planet. In his case it's the dominace he imposed in realm of the left leanies. And the peacefulness or bliss you get from him. Whenever you see him, you will feel at ease, your worries go away, and you feel protected and secured from the dangers of this world, all of these benifits just by looking at the mister here. Last but not the least, he look like my late uncle who ODed on heroin and booze mix. I will always be rooting for him whoever his opponent will be. I wish him the best of luck for EvW15. Btw the man turned up changed! Not just witness it, you can hear it. The sign! The thickening of the voice!! I see strength to be unleashed. But I'm still worry because his opponent is a beast. Super motivated. Honestly either of them can win. Very scary indeed 😬😮‍💨

@@Chaosman88 you will be disappointed that Alizhan might actually be right handed lol 😂. Many in the arm wrestling community recall him saying he broke his hand or/and arm a few times and can’t train it near as hard. He is clearly a hook puller but if you see him compete on the right he is forced to toproll or adopt a kind of open toproll. He can’t forced the hook on right because he can’t trained it properly and nearly as hard and is uncomfortable because of his injuries. Still his right arm is on the level of WAF world champions like Rino, sandris, Bacho etc. If his right was healthy and hand was working properly I’d wager it would surpass his left arm easily and would smoke some if not most of the top ten supers in right hand for sure. This Saturday would tell us much about Alizhan potential and lvl. If he beats Ivan he would probably smoke morozov. If he wins convincingly throw him straight to vitali and maybe next year to levan if he starts training his left again. Alizhan might really be the goat left handed and is much more Impressive than the likes of levan and even prime Denis left handed for many reasons but specifically his size. P4P goat for surely.
