When I first came to Sydney, way back at the end of 1997, I managed to get a job at the cafe on the corner near the train station, in Eastwood there. I like your walks you seem to go to places that I used to frequent over the last 25 yrs since I moved here. Great work. Cheers.

I had been at the Red Rooster BBQ chicken shop about 30 years ago. When I did not see it from the video, I looked it up by Google and found it was closed in 2015. I am sad.

The Eastwood I grew up in is totally unrecognisable now. It looks like Chinatown. When I went to school there is was completely Anglo now you would be lucky to find one Anglo person living there. Just goes to show how quickly Sydney has changed. Truly multicultural

I grew up there too. Unrecognisable now. What fun it used to be to go shopping there on a Saturday morning 😊

Sad that. No one keeps to the left and that you have to step off the footpath. No respect anymore.
