I just ate two pieces of this, yesterday my wife was about to throw out three rip bananas.so I looked up banana bread on KZbin, this is the first video I looked at, so I read some comments and liked the idea of a spice cake mix. Got the mix today, put it together,added some blueberries from the fridge that needed to be used. I will be doing this again. Thanks

I use GREEK YOGURT INSTEAD OF EGGS. AND NO NUTS AT ALL! ALSO I USE BUTTERMILK PANCAKE MIX! BLEND BANANAS IN NINJA BLENDER TIL CREAMY. OMG SOOOO GOOD!!❤😊🎉

I hate the smell of old bananas. I make from scratch 3 ripe bananas mashed 2 eggs mixed-up well 1 tsp vanilla (1 tsp cinnamon if desired) 2 dashes salt 3/4 c sugar 2 c flour 1 tsp baking soda disolved in 1/8 c warm water. Mix well. Add nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or whatever you choose. Bake 350° 50 -60 min until done.Cool before cutting. Freezes well.

I do have a pizza stone but didn’t use it in this video. Generally, I use it for pizza for cinnamon rolls and it’s come blackened (well seasoned) over the years. Several people have mistakenly thought my oven liners were baking stones. Is this way at you meant in your comment? If so, they are always in my oven except when I am using the “broil” setting.
