I just watched the video with pineapple chunks and strawberries. I realized the top would be a bit uneven due to the strawberry shapes but I was looking forward to seeing it. I really wish you would show us the final cooked product. You know what they say... a picture is worth a thousand words. I love the simplicity of your recipes. Oh, there comes the finished cobbler. I'm not used to so many of your recipes in one video so I didn't know it was still coming. I like it.

Homemade lemon curd is not hard but it can curdle real fast because you can't leave it on the stove you have to stir it constantly and the canned one you used is just as good 😁🎄

I really want to try the fruit breakfast bake. I also love cherry pie filling. ❤tried the Organic Comstock cherry pie filling, and it was awful. It tasted like too strong imitation almond extract. I might try toasting the waffles a little before putting them in the pan because I love crispy waffles. Lidl sells thick Belgian waffles in the bakery section that would be amazing in this recipe.

Lemon curd is soooo easy! Just lemon juice maybe 3-4 lemons, sugar, water and lemon 🍋 zest boil, add cornstarch mixture then a lil butter 🧈 like 1 tablespoon. Done! Lol...I can look up my great grandma's lemon meringue pie and get it for you😊
