In this video I will be showing you how to make this easy 2 ingredient chocolate cake.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 eggs
300 g of chocolate(whatever chocolate you would like to use)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Spray a round cake pan and line bottom with a piece of parchment paper.
Separate eggs and set aside
Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time stirring in between until completely melted, set aside to cool.
Whip egg whites until you reach soft peaks, set aside.
Pour egg yokes one at a time into the chocolate and stir well.
Add egg whites to the chocolate mixture a bit at a time and fold until whites disappear.
Pour mix into your cake pan and bake for 30 min
Use a knife to release sides of cake from the pan and put a plate over the pan and invert the cake onto the plate.
Enjoy.
You can sprinkle cake with icing sugar or use a syrup and fruit if you want to take the cake to a different level

Good morning D! Thank you so very much for watching. I do a lot of research for my recipes and some are handed down and others I make up. I really do love to cook and bake and honestly would do it 24/7 if I could. This recipe is amazing to me and that you can use only 2 ingredients and have a cake is awesome. I did have a great view of the eclipse from the house. I opted to stay home with the birds because I thought they might be a little scared when things went dark. The girls went about an hour away to watch it and my husband took shots through his telescope and camera equipment and I will be posting those on my community post hopefully today. I am so glad that you had a great view from your porch. It was truly spectacular but it was for sure an eerie feeling. The birds thought it was bed time lol.
