Easy 2023 Finance Bullet Journal Setup *KRAFT PAPER*

This 2023 finance bullet journal setup is going to be very simple and beginner friendly! This setup is going to be done on a brand new kraft paper bullet journal, and we won't be using any colored pens in this setup.
In this 2023 finance bullet journal setup, I'm going to show you how I setup my cover page, goals page, budget overview page, year at a glance spread, monthly rewards spread and January expenses log.

My biggest goal for 2023 is to continue the storytelling podcast I just started. It was hard to start, but it's so fulfilling! I'm excited to see where it takes me next year! It's called SomaTwin Stories if you want to check it out. 😄 I use my bullet journal to track my workflow and time spent creating the 4 key parts of it so I can better budget my time. It's amazing how much of the work I mentally discount until I see it on the page and realized I've worked nearly full-time on it!

@@m0L3ify OMG what an exciting goal 😍 I just followed you on Apple Podcasts but I'm quite a scaredy-cat when it comes to ghosts and supernatural stuff, but I'll give your stories a listen 😉 ALSO TOTALLY RELATE, I always underestimated how much time I spend on my projects and content creation too. I started using an app called Toggl to track the time I spent for each tasks and I was blown away, I can spend 20 - 30 hours a week without realizing so I know how you feel 😂 Can't wait to see what 2023 has in store for you 👏

@@JournalingWithNadia Thanks for the follow! I think you're my first Apple sub! ♥ And yeah, isn't it crazy? I spend an average of 5 hours a day on this project, which blows me away. Some days are an hour, some are 10, but on average it's a 30 hour work week! I recently said to my wife "I've given myself a job. Why did I give myself a job????" 😂 I really do love it, tho! I'm hoping it'll grow into something special. 😊

I absolutely love these ideas. Similar to you, I grew up with the same mindset around money and saving is so crucial to me, but also I need to learn to be less uptight. I don’t have any concrete numbers for anything yet, but watching this has definitely inspired me for goal setting in 2023. Love the ending design 🍂 🍃

I quite casual clothes shopping several years back now, and as someone who has been through that change, I wish you so much success in it. I have always been into fashion and expressing myself through clothing, so giving it up for me ended up coming down to if i don't need a specific item i'm not allowed to even go into a clothing store. It really took a lot of work and I hope that 1) it is easier for you and 2) that you find success in your goal.

haha so true, rent is so expensive everywhere 😭 I actually don't count rent as my biggest expense since it would be the same every month, so the biggest expense tracker is really the biggest category where I can focus on reducing, which in my case tends to be food most of the time 😂 Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed the layout ideas in this bullet journal setup 💖

@@JournalingWithNadia That's smart, actually. I tend to keep tallies of the "for fun" things I do every month just so I can keep track of it because they add up fast! I figured this was just out of all your expenses, but ignoring the bills in that equation does help you keep track of the other stuff that tends to slip by.
