This is just what I needed this morning. I made it with the natural release method while I took a shower. Once I stirred it up and put in bowls, it was perfect. We put berries on top. I made with almond milk, and it turned out pretty creamy, and it did not bubble over in instant pot. Thanks for sharing! This is a keeper.

I use the slow release method for my overnight oats. I prefer the steel cut oats and to put them in the fridge overnight with plant milk isn't as good as having them cooked. So I make enough for 2 days and put 2 containers in the fridge with frozen berries and take that to work for my breakfast. Thank you for sharing this video.
