Something worth mentioning is that Ferrys attacks counts as melee attacks despite being from range. So Concentrated Fire does not benefit her.

@@LCDgunmage The pets count as melee attacking as they aren't technically projectiles I believe, when when we sling em around. Cause then it should technically count them while their are actual orbs flying around during Onslaught as well.

Ferry is one of my favorites, unexpectedly. Great thing about this game is how not only is there a nice variety of characters, but a lot of them are genuinely fun to play. Been a pleasant surprise discovering I actually DO like the Gun Club Guy (Rackam/Eugen)

Three other tips: 1. You can do launch attack -> dodge -> slam attack for repositioning slightly in the air if the boss moves a bit 2. I'd actually recommend the Stun weapon over her crit weapon until you get the Terminus Weapon. The Stun weapon with 1-2 stun sigils makes her Purge Spirits an instant stun. Allowing link attacks that would normally not be possible on bosses that have these weird super short dps windows before flying off again. 3. Using Onslaught during linktime is one of the top3 way to extend the timer, maybe only Percival with his flame tornado is better at it. And Eugen with the laser maybe.

In terms of DPS, does spamming the final hit of onslaught (ghost launch included) when equipped with Phantasm's Awakening severely reduce your DPS or does it add to it, especially when fighting a boss who wont sit still for you to hold the flurry? Both of ferry's sigils boost the damage that final hit correct?

Have been playing a lot of Ferry in endgame and she was my very first unit for whom I got the Terminus weapon to max ascension first. Really love the gameplay and design of her. At first I thought she was super boring but I really do like her now. She is also a monster in filling her SBA gauge. I am really amazed by how different each and every character plays. Also love your vids man. I am really looking forward to more :)

27:00 You were at 99% Link Gauge when Link Strike triggered, so even if everyone participates, Link Time won't trigger. You need to already be at 100% before the Link Strikes. In a situation like that, one of the team should've used a blue potion, which increases Link Gauge, to hit that 100% before stunning the enemy, so as to not waste a stun.

Hey there, nice guide you made here, the pronunciation of her attacks really made me laugh (no offense). ^^ I am new to the game and wanted to try the "lesser" played characters so thank you for your hard work on this guides. Here some clarification/translations for all who are interested in it: "Blaues Gespenst" is german for "Blue ghost/spectre" "Hinrichten" is german for "to execute" "Pendel" is german for "Pendulum" "Strafe" is german for "Punishment" "Umlauf" is german for "orbit" (atleast its the closest translation I could think of right now) As I said, no hard feeling. You guys would also laugh listening to me, trying to speak english as a german.^^

For 26:57 i think the reason Link Time didnt trigger was because the break happened at 99% and not at 100%, im pretty sure the blue potion gives 2% link time everytime you use it, so you can use it in those moments to fill up the final few % to trigger it. Overall good video tho learned some stuff about her

The jump attack spam also gives a lot of sba gauge. Im got uplift at around level 25 on my ferry, and i can usually get an sba to break a boss when my party is at abt 40-50%, and still get it back for thebfull burst when they trigger their sbas later

There's something that I discovered while messing around with Ferry but didn't see mentioned in the video. If you use Umlauf, the pet gauge will display the third(or fourth depending on how you look at it) pet as being out, but this is misleading. That pet will NOT count as being out for anything that utilizes it. This includes Hinrichten(you won't get the Invincibility portion of the buff) Strafe, Onslaught, and I believe Link Attacks as well.

One thing I'd like to add if no one has mentioned it yet is that Strafe guarantees all pets summon on activate whether you hit or not. Purge Spirits will NOT summon pets if you miss (aka do no damage) with it. Just something to be careful about if you play at range or with a fast enemy. Great video with good points, and I will definitely be trying out the aerial style. Edit: Ah whoops, did not read the Phantasm's Harmony description properly. Scratch that.

Combo Booster sigil is probably a better sigil compared to Insult to Injury for Ferry due to how fast and easy to upkeep her attacks. Unless you have enough attack % boost to hit your cap then either one is probably fine.

Hey, I just unlocked the Lucky sigil, it gives a chance for normal attacks to x4 their damage passed the damage cap, up to 999,999. Is this a good one on ferry? I think it may be nutty

Thank you! 😊 If you just want to focus on farming that quest asap I'd say Rackam is probably faster since you don't have to aim at all. That being said, it might just be faster for you to get a character built with some good sigils first, and then go back to that stage to farm a bit faster. Might be more effecient that way. You'll also often find people farming that quest online so it's also a good idea to jump in and maybe find a group that is willing to stick together repeating that quest

I dont get why ppl think the onslaught doesnt compare to the finisher. It isnt exactly as good as the aerial combo but the overall damage is comparable, too the finisher, sometimes even better especially with her 4 buff skill and the Awakening+ sigil which honestly though not necessarily the best all the time in Ferry's case would be better than having only one of her specific sigils. Also ew glass cannon is not worth the trade off and only would be if they "fixed" it to be affected by dizzy resistance. I feel ppl rely too much on stamina and supp dmg as in my experience carrying friends through Proto she just plays better with a tyranny, x2 stun (I got lucky w/ one rolling tyranny), crit rate, linked together, 1x supp dmg, awakening+, x4 dmg cap and whatever good subskills you can get (drain, cascade, QC, PH, guts, auto rev, uplift, etc.) Great build though keep up the good vids, its nice having so many out there to reference to customize my own but you're def more fun to watch dont know why but eh. Also sorry if im a little opinionated about glass cannon

Link time wont trigger at 99%. It has to be at 100. You could also use a blue potion to increase your link time percentage if you're close to 100 so you can trigger link time on next stagger

It's not great, after you see Ferry glow while doing her charged attack you can let go at any moment and if you time it well it coints as a parry. Very similar to Narmaya's. It's nice but you don't often do charged attack as Ferry so I never go for it.

1 thing is missing, ferry’s heavy attack was extremely helpful if you are dealing with larger enemy, each time when pets go through boss’s body will count as a attack, I wonder why just a few people know about this 😂😂

I don't understand why but when I do the jump attack my target flies instead of staying on the ground like in the video. Is it likely that this has already been fixed? I've done more tests with very similar builds but I can't pass the 18M in 60 seconds.

the test wasn't made on the score target, you can set a timer in the normal practice and make it so the dummy doesn't fly away (the setting is called "not responsive", something along those lines)

Character like Gran/Cagliostro/Ferry will shot up in popularity once Lucilius comes next month; assuming cygames retains the shitton of buffs he has and his high af defense: meaning i dont think people will reach the damage cap if no def down was applied to Lucilius.

Sorry i don't like builds that run around spaming a single attack. For me that jump attack should've nerfed. That's why i don't like playing with Zeta too... the fact that just doing air attacks infinite ammount of time, ignoring almost every boss mechanic... simple i don't like it. That's just my opinion.

It will get tuned. Are you also against anim cancelling? It's a single player game bruh. He's just giving us the information. You can play Ferry however you want to, just might not be the fastest runs. While I agree every characters normal, heavy attack rotations and their gimmicks should be worked on so they are all worth using, there are plenty of characters who you spam on. This is a spammy game.
