I know this post is over 1 year old, but I just made the cauliflower taco bake (subbed green broccoli for white) I have to say that my husband was super happy with this meatless Monday dish. We served up the mixture in tortillas and grilled them. TVP for the win!! The flavors were also amazing! My daughter and I can eat a couple more meals with the leftovers too. Thank you so much! Hi Mr. Andrew, what a great choice you've made to produce these videos. I read some of the comments below, and here is what most people *aren't saying* that they really want to say: "You are amazing! So great! You make life seem easy and doable! Your camera work is spot-on! What you put in the description area is tight and helpful! Hey Andrew! I love your videos and how everything you make is delicious yet affordable. I just wanted to ask if you've heard of Vegeta gourmet vegetable stock powder? I use it in almost everything and wonder if you've used it before. When you look at the cost of buying a carton of vegetable broth vs mixing this powder with water it can save a lot of money. A 500 gram bag costs $5.49 Canadian and 3 grams makes 2 cups of vegetable broth. That's 333 cups of vegetable broth for less than $6.00. I could not justify buying liquid veg broth after finding this out! I only used the carton stuff a handful of times years ago (like well over a decade) so I can't speak for the difference. Cheers!! 💕🙋
