Can you any kind of acrylic paint?

I love the colors you used. The cup turned out beautiful

Do the paints have any type of medium in it or is it straight acrylic paint? Also, how do you prepare the cup for the dirty pour? One more question, if I'm using a black cup, do I have to spray paint it first? Thank you. I enjoyed your video.
@TumblerTV2 жыл бұрын
I used water to thin the acrylic paint. I do a light sanding on the tumbler like I would to prepare it for epoxy. And if it’s already black you shouldn’t have to paint it firstz

What happens if paint gets inside the rim of the cup? How do you get it out so you aren't drinking off of paint?

I very much love the cup you made. Blue is my favorite color. The colors you chose look really good together.

Should I be worrying about bubbles in the acrylic paint or will they pop themselves as it sets up? Thank you so much, love your glitter and videos!!
@TumblerTV2 жыл бұрын
If you start to see bubbles you can use a torch or heat Gun on them.

What would I do if I have bubbles on my cup after the paint dry’s can I sand it after I put epoxy on the tumbler
@erikaswanson29622 жыл бұрын
I do not need to add a fluid medium to the paint? I have watched other videos and they add a medium. If I can save money and not add that would be awesome!! Love what you did and how easy you make it!

How'd you clean the inside of the up if you get epoxy in there? When do I clean that out?

I have been searching for the answer for this question as well. No one seems to touch on the subject.

Did you prep the cup with anything before the paint and did you seal the paint with anything ?
@TumblerTV2 жыл бұрын
I just sanded the tumbler like a normal prep. Then straight epoxied after it was dry

Have you done a tangram tutorial yet? I really like the way you teach. The other videos aren’t as informative or helpful. And let’s face it, not as cool as you 😄.
