Easy almond cake 🍰. Almond flour is one of those ingredients that I don't use much but a few months ago I found it on sale, that's why I bought it and now I decided to put it to good use with this soft, juicy almond cake or sponge cake, with few ingredients and a great flavor. Remember to turn on your oven at 170 C if it is electric and 180 C if it is gas.

Ingredients (20Cm Circular Mold):
4 Eggs (200 g of liquid).
170 gr of Sugar + 10 gr Vanilla Sugar or 180 gr of Sugar and 1 Tsp of Vanilla (1 Cup).
80 gr of all-purpose flour (1/2 Cup).
20 gr of powdered milk (3 Tbsp).
150 gr Almond Flour (1 1/2 Cup).
4 gr of Baking Powder (1 tsp).
100 g of butter (1 stick + a small piece).
60 to 70 gr of Neutral Vegetable Oil (7 1/2 to 8 1/2 Tbsp).
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Salt.
