I am picking up my Rogue RM4 Fortis Rack on Tuesday in Columbus. Making a road trip from Cleveland. I have been saving for a while and debating over the bolt together or welded. And since the welded pannels are significantly cheaper it's a no brainier. Monster compatible and the same price as a Monster Light. I did this upgrade and it’s well worth it… I added the cross member in the center of my RM6 and moved the name plate to the back. Mainly so that I use more of the upright for the trolley arms since the name plate takes up so much vertical real-estate and also put my Surplus UPS inside the rack. It’s a great upgrade. Yes. The 43 in it refers to the length. The RM4 and RM6 are 43" deep, so they would be used for the sides of the rack. However all rogue racks are 43" wide inside so all racks would use this piece if trying to do what I show here.

Would this setup be able to install the REP Lat/Low pulldown attachment?

@@BasementBrandon ... agreed, to an extent. I'm sure there are idiots doing rack pulls on them with weights they have no business using. That being said, I've seen the same sort of thing done at my other gym that uses exclusively American Barbell barbells. Not a huge fan of them for numerous reasons, but they remain straight and true. The other gym has also been open far longer and the barbells have seen far more use. Also, the barbell ends not spinning freely, that's a lubrication/build quality issue that has nothing to do with abuse (unless they were using them outside in the rain [they're not]). Just poor build quality IMHO. I posted a negative review on Rogue's website and it never got approved. Attempted again thinking it was a glitch and again, same result. I'd be very wary about the extremely high reviews on their website. Again, I have an Ohio Power Bar and I love it, but I'd steer clear of the standard Ohio Bar, or many of the barbells that have similar specs as it.

Lol you act like half of us can afford one of those racks

They make the Fortis Rack. It's under a grand. Not bad value. And if you really look at what you spend on a monthly basis I bet you could afford one. I am guilty of spending on junk throughout the month. I just analyzed and cut the junk spending for a year and I get to take mine home Tuesday. Picking it up in Columbus.

lheimann05 _ $1000 or so for something that will last a lifetime and can retain almost all its value if ever resold is a bargain IMO.
