I have a similar situation where I welded some metal on a curved area where the windshield attaches to fix some rust, however it didn't have the curve I needed. However it was over 4 feet long and weighed 20lbs and welded to the car. This would come in handy. Funny enough I have the same style kick shrinker/stretcher so I could make this easily.

Definitely make a set it will come in handy

If you look for shrinking and stretching jaws online you should find some.

This could come in clutch in some situations but no way it's easy or cheap to build let's be honest here. I could build this but I have a shop and equipment those things don't come cheap if you add up all the tools and equipment you used to build this it's extremely expensive and takes skills to get the job done.
