Easy and Delicious Malibu Rum Coconut Poke Cake

I love poke cakes because they’re so easy to make and full of delicious flavors. If you love coconut, you’re going to love this cake.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup avocado/vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Bake at 350F 25-30 minutes
After cake is cooled poke holes with fork and pour coconut cream and top with whipped cream.
Malibu coconut cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cream of coconut
3/4 cup Malibu Rum
Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp Malibu Rum
1 1/2 cup toasted coconut, for topping
Maraschino cherries, for topping
