Easy and Delicious One Pan Dinner with Sausage and Peppers

Feed the family for under $10 with this Delicious and Easy "Meat and Potatoes" One Pan Meal. It's an inexpensive 20 minute dinner idea that's so easy to throw together!
Gold potatoes- The secret is cooking potatoes in microwave as you prep the peppers. Such a time saver!
Bell peppers
Sausage (I like turkey or spicy kielbasa). You can use turkey, chicken, beef or pork. Precooked sausages make this super quick.
Throw in an onion if you like
Seasonings-I showed what I like but make it your own!
A heavy pan works best to prevent burning, I love my cast iron pan for this one. I also reserved half my peppers and potatoes for another breakfast meal maximizing time even more.

I make something like this but in a wok. I also add diced onion and a skinned chorizo instead of the sausage used here as it offers more flavour.

Yum, yes so many variations you can do to make it you own. This one had a nice spice kick with the cayenne. Chorizo would be good too!

Well this is more of a template than a recipe. Could even add a tomato for some extra zest.

@@luisarodriguez8197 Great substitute idea-chicken would be great in this! If you're in a time crunch you could even shred up a rotisserie chicken and you'd have this put together in no time.
