Tenderloin is one of the most tasty and choice venison that comes off a whitetail deer. This video shows a super simple but delicious way to prepare the venison tenderloin. Every time I have served this it has been a hit. You can use it as a meal, or, appetizer depending on how many guests (or hunters) you are going to serve it to. I ate this batch for breakfast.
