Apricot Pound Cake (1 mold with 18 cm width, 8 cm width, 6 cm height)
Ingredient
Pound Cake
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
80g Sugar
25g Milk
8g Rum
70g Cake flour
70g Almond powder
3g Baking powder
80g Unsalted butter
2 Apricot
Apricot Marinade
2 Apricot
23g Sugar
Half a vanilla bean
Preparation
▶Keep the unsalted butter warm. (38-40℃, 100-104℉)
If the temperature is low at the time of using butter, heat it slightly in the microwave.
▶Place eggs to room temperature until not cold.
▶Place milk to room temperature until not cold.
▶Measure flour, almond powder and baking powder together.
▶Place a sheet of parchment paper in a mold.
▶Cut apricots into appropriate sizes.
