I agree it's for beginners but it's not for absolute beginners (like me). the only reason I understand several words here was because I know some Hebrew. I like the pictures though!

Hello! I love your videos so much!! One quick question - I shared your videos with a native Arabic speaker to show her how I am learning the language. She mentioned that "hathahi hiya" or "hatha huya" is not the way things would typically be said in Fusha. Do you have thoughts on this?

You’re very welcome. We use هذه هي - هذا هو And sometimes for shortcut we say just هذا - هذه Either way is a correct. not sure why she said that!

Because the tanween refers to “A house” so it’s indefinite (not a specific house). Instead of when it it’s without the tanween that it would be “the house”.
