Thanks so much I’m new and I wanna practice just reading the pattern instead of watching a video thanks!!

Hey your pattern doesn't say how many skiens, or oz/grams of yarn I'll need. Because I want to do this in another colour that would be very helpful to know. Other than that, your tutorial is very easy to follow.

Thank you so much for this tutorial, I’ve been sick the last week and whenever I felt well enough I followed along to your video. Now I’ve got a little bat friend to keep me company as I get better ❤

I love this. The written instructions you linked to follow along ( for the wing portion) it stops after rnd 8. It simply says to fasten to body. There are no instructions for properly folding and sewing the wing along the edge before attaching to the body. The written instructions lead me to believe that the wing is simply attached after Rnd 8 and is left open. Without watching this tutorial I would not have known this needed to be folded and sewn closed first..Common sense told me it need to be done first though. Between both I have a great understanding. But had I just used the written pattern I wouldn't have done the wing finishing and attaching correctly. Also without the video I would have folded in half and whip stitched it. The weaving it back and forth are much needed info in the written instructions to keep the edge looking nice. If I was a beginner I would have left it open and attached. Love this tutorial very much.
