In 2020, whenever I convert to black and white it always introduced antialiasing. X6 didn't do this. Can I change that?

If Black and White conversion is set to line art you should not have that problem.

Ah, I think I might know. Go Tools/Options/Display in the upper left disable antialias bitmaps in Enhanced mode.

Never use Anti-aliasing? or is it graphic specific?

Best to never use it in screen printing artwork. Webpages etc yes.

I watched the video about 15 at around the 3 min mark and I finally saw what I was missing. Select the color that you want to knock out, not the color that you want to show.
