I went through the worst pp shedding when my son was two months. I legit lost handfuls of hair and most of my hairline. What helped for me was going by the hairdresser for a thorough detangling and cutting it. I then worked with my hair in single plaits. I wash in the plaits and detangle individually. I did this every two weeks and I used alot of castor oil on my scalp. Like every day. I also stopped wearing my hair out and only wore wigs. Now at 7 months pp I have only a normal amount of shedding. And my edges have grown back. Hope this helps.

You are definitely hair goals. My hair is the longest it’s ever been at armpit length. I’ve found that once my hair growth becomes stagnant, it needs something or I need to make changes in my routine. Recently, I’ve started with Olaplex treatments, but it’s expensive (sold at Sophora). Sally’s has a more affordable dupe for it. Also, I know Kim is a vegan. Going to start back eating healthy and drinking more water. Thanks for the inspiration.

Actually, A key for more straight/stretched hair is to let it dry stretched . Using an hair dryer is to make it dry more fast and stretch it more faster . However , Using a flat iron given it a more silky look and makes it even more straighter .

@clo19355 жыл бұрын
It doesn't work that way. The only way to "fry" you hair would be to use as high of a heat as it takes cook the oil. With oils like coconut oil that's pretty high. If your using that high of a heat, your hair will be in trouble regardless.
