Easy Blueberry Crumble Bars

This is another easy and delicious dessert for blueberry lovers. These blueberry crumble bars are with fresh blueberries inside and buttery, crumbly streusel outside.
Blueberry Crumble Bars
(Servings: 16 bars)
Ingredients:
To make the blueberry filling:
2 cups (300g) fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp (15g) sugar
2 Tbsps (20g) all-purpose flour
To make the crumbles:
2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp (6g) baking powder, aluminum-free
1/3 cup (80g) sugar
1 egg
½ cup (112g) butter, cold
(350F/180C) Bake for 40-45 minutes
