No flour! No-Bake Carrot Cake! No eggs, no sugar, no butter!
INGREDIENTS (1 cup=200 ml):
For the crust:
✔️ 2.5 cups finely grated carrots.
✔️ 1 cup coconut flakes.
✔️ 1 cup dates.
✔️ 1 cup walnuts.
✔️ 1 tsp cinnamon.
✔️ Ginger, pinch of nutmeg, ground cloves (optional)
For cream:
✔️ 300g thick yoghurt.
✔️ 3 teaspoons coconut flour.
✔️ Sweetener to taste.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 171.5 kcal.
Protein - 5.1g.
fat - 12.0 g.
carbohydrate - 11.5 g.
