I just got my first ukulele today and this is the first thing I tried. It was easy to learn and helped me quickly memorize A7. D7, and E7. Perhaps my greatest accomplishment was hearing my dad say, "Yeah, I guess that could sound vaguely bluesy." Lol. Thank you for this wonderful jumping-off point to learn!

It's a Tenor ukulele with a low g string (heh) i'm pretty sure. Highly recommend and it's not hard to change a string on a uke

Hi Terry, i am wondering what brand strings you are playing here. They do look quite thick. Is the low G (round)wound?

There are thick, they are the Aquila nylgut with a low G (they come in a yellow/goldish package). I got them because they are white and I think they look good on video but honestly the tension is too high for my liking.
