I'll say this, the recipes aren't complicated, but Remington + the recipes got me watching back in February. Now, almost 6 months later, I've lost 28 lbs and am down to 16% bf. And not quitting yet...at the age of 58. Strength and conditioning 6 days a week is great, but the diet is what makes the difference!

@@misswaffles2011 make his macaroni and cheese and add tuna to it. I did that like a year ago it was good. I use the cauliflower pasta instead of the chickpea stuff though.

I always find that the super low calorie breads like that tend to fall apart or get soggy really fast so I always end up getting nature's own butter bread. It's 60 calories a slice but to me the trade off in the extra 15 calories for better consistency and taste is worth it. I love tuna and I haven't had it in forever I'll definitely be trying this.

Yep I hate using it for French toast. Tried using 647 in various recipes and not worth it in my opinion.

Not disagreeing about the bread being thinner thus soggier but, that would be 120 for bread alone in your sandwich where as that bread is two pieces for 70 so it’s more around 50 calories. So for two it would be 100 extra calories not a huge deal but it’s definitely more than 15.

@@krystopherstrickland8090 15 extra calories per slice. Comes out to about 30 per sandwich, that means it's a total extra 60 calories for 2 sandwiches. Total calories in the super low calorie bread for 2 sandwiches is 180 calories in bread. If you use nature's own Butterworth it's 240 calories. The difference is not significant and the trade-off for better flavor and better bread is worth it to me. At the end of the day it's all dependent on your goals and how you tailor your diet. If you can't afford the extra calories or to it's not worth it to you then you can stick to the lower option.

Personally I prefer the low calorie, Keto bread. It’s high in fiber and protein, and it has a lot more of a bite/firmness then basic low calorie white bread

I've been making one similar to this for a while with the buffalo tuna packets and it's fantastic. Sometimes out a little jalapeno in it if you are looking for that heat.

Where are you getting your fat free mayo? It doesn't exist anywhere. I've looked at Heb, albertsons, kroger, walmart, and I cannot even find it online either.

One of the things I love about this channel is sometimes he shows something that you didn't even think of. Yes they are easy... but you can't tell me you've actually thought of EVERY SINGLE thing that he has put out. Plus he shows different products that you might not of noticed saving a few calories than the one you've been using

0 calorie condiments (like that butter) are measured in smaller amounts than the fda requires to be reported. so it has 60-200 servings but people may be using a ton of servings ; but it still isnt fat free. an we can assume dijon mustard would have sugar in it.

Unfortunately, Kraft stopped making the Fat Free Mayonnaise, which is a huge blow to this great recipe. But, they do now make shredded fat free cheddar cheese but not the Fat Free American slices.

I have them both. They’re pretty evened out. Rems seem simpler to me in terms of ingredients and time. But they both have great recipes and it’s fun to mix it up so you don’t feel like you’re cooking the same things everyday. I’ll usually pair one of rems lunches with Greg’s desserts and get full long before I reach my caloric goal for the day

Just came across Aunt Millie's Live Carb Smart breads. 35 calories per slice of white bread with 1 net gram of carbs. Their hamburger buns are only 50 calories with 2 net grams of carbs. Those will be a staple for me now, smarter calorie choices all day! Keep up the good work brother!

There is also a brand called Healthy Life that has a keto bread that I get. And a few other keto brands that are available with similar macros. If people can’t find one bread or another.

Love how simple the recipes are. Makes it super easy to stick to the diet. If you ever need inspiration I would, I watch Joshua Weissman and make the anabolic version of the foods he makes. I do it all the time

Replace the relish with a little more mustard and some lemon juice. I make my tuna with fat free Greek yogurt since I don’t keep fat free Mayo. Pepper and celery seeds are also a great include. When turning it into tuna salad or making my tuna melts heftier, I add in 3/4 of an oz. each of minced celery and mixed red onion

I don't think I can ever get used to eating fat free mayo...nasty stuff. I would rather just make my own mayo...2-3 tablespoons of light plain greek yogurt (more volume) with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add a tiny bit of water so it resembles more of a mayo consistency and it's not so thick.

Rem you need to do my recipe. Maybe tweak it. 1 bag of shirataki noodles big can of tuna, then I made a cheese sauce with almond milk, Velveeta brick cheese weighed out, mixed some random spices, added dash of Dijon mustard, dash of hot sauce, some jalapenos, maybe I'll add grilled onions next time. But man ... It was better than tuna helper and around 500 calories. I ate it with sweet potatoes I steamed in instant pot and mashed with cinnamon, light butter, Splenda brown sugar, and swerve or truvia sweetener. Those are my go to for taste. Another 500 calories. Very filling. I'll probably add either some marshmallow fluff or low fat cool whip one day if I got the calories. Been struggling after cheat days so raised my calorie limit to 2500 instead of 2000 because I been working so much and have such a big appetite.

Dope, super simple recipe. Rem, you've made a lot of sandwiches/burgers/wraps which are awesome, would love to see some anabolic "sides" to pair with these. I usually air fry potato wedges which are filling but lack protein, anyways awesome as usual.

if your goal is better workouts, i’d recommend eating two of these for a full meal. adds up to less than 500 calories with great carbs and protein for fuel

Make sure you’re eating enough fat guys. Eat nothing but anabolic recipes for 2-3 days and see how it makes you feel. You need at least 50g ish

Use the same exact tuna. Picked some up today at my local Walmart for $1.00 a pouch on sale they’re usually about $1.40. No soy and it’s just over all the best tuna brand out there in my humble opinion. Quick grab and go snack or make into a meal. 👍

Jesus Christ, there’s no need to do fat free/sugar free everything. You work out a ton, you can afford to have regular Mayo and non sugar free things. You’re not diabetic lmao you can eat real food. And no I’m not someone who is fat justifying being fat, I eat reasonably and know that cuz I’m fit and work out I don’t need to be so meticulous about every single calorie. I’m tryna enjoy life bro, not spend it weighing out my food and being so closed in to low calorie options

I love these man but i make them in the oven hitting both side with i cant believe its not butter spray, i mix in fat free shredded cheddar and far free shredded mozzarella into my tuna make make sandwiches with them. I don't toast the bread i just spread it on my bread then put it in the oven to toast in there. Really damn amazing and super easy high in protein, some added flavor id mix in Pico de gallo or just some relish and green onion or jalpenos
