Hello dear, i am from liverpool uk, could you make a cake from a coffee instant cake mix and coffee fondant, as i just bought these ingredients, but your way of making them looks soooo much better! If you are making a cake with fruit in it whether it's fresh fruit or dried cranberries you should put them in a bowl or ziplock bag and add a couple of tablespoons of flour to coat them and your fruit will not end up in the bottom of the cake or your cupcakes or muffins. Give it a try.
