I learned differentiation (which is shown in the video), but first I had to learn and understand the theoretical basis of it. Very interesting (google, for example the names of Isaac Newton en Gottfried Leibniz, two real geniuses).

This is Greek to me. I would trade my skills in English to get help with basic math. As an intelligent lady, I've always felt limited in college courses because math makes no sense to me. None.

I am terrible at English. I'm great at math and have been learning calc since 9th grade year but I struggle on language arts so badly.

Hello! I’m taking your accuplacer college algebra course. Not sure where to post this question. Are these both correct: -4y-19x AND -4y + -19x? Thanks!!!
@KennethSorling2 жыл бұрын
I think they're equivalent, if that's what you're asking. Adding a negative number to something is the same as subtracting its positive counterpart.

you could have finished this in couple of minutes. Keep on repeating same thing over and over. Why
@wreckim2 жыл бұрын
If you can do this in a couple of minutes and not have to 'take it in' kind of thing, then you probably are doing well in calc as it is. I've passed most calc stuff, but I don't even know what I learned honestly. These repetitive talks that he gives are very relaxing, and certainly not at the level of difficulty that you will experience later on a college course in a calc II etc...or multivariable stuff. But many talented students give up in algebra even. That's his goal IMO, to NOT give up.
